Baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, potato chips…no, this is not a gastronomic exhibition but an interesting journey through the history of the ‘humble’ tuber. As part of the celebration of the International Year of the Potato, the Peruvian Embassy and the International Potato Centre bring to London the itinerant exhibition ‘The Odyssey of the Potato’. The voyage starts the 13th of June and continues until the 22nd of June at the Hay’s Galleria.
The creativity of four Peruvian architects can be appreciated during the London Festival of Architecture (20th of June to 20th of July). Come and see the avant-garde proposals of this group of young professionals for the expansion of Lima.
Finally, do not miss the interview with the ‘piscologo’ Johnny Schuler, who with his expertise on the subject, talks about the first participation of Pisco in the wine and spirits fair, Distil 2008.
