Consortium Swissport Peru- GBH Investments won the concession for Peruvian airports.

Last Friday 18th August, the Peruvian Government announced, through ProInversión, that it had awarded the Concession to run the First Group of Provincial Airports of the Republic of Peru, to the Consortium made up of Swissport Peru (subsidiary of the Spanish Ferrovial Group) and GBH Investments (formed of Peruvian capital). The Consortium’s proposal foresees US $9.4 million investment, according to the “Annual pay for Maintenance and Operations” (PAMO) concept, with government contributions of 80%. |

The package of airports includes Trujillo (La Libertad), Anta-Huaraz (Ancash), Tumbes, Talara (Piura), Pucallpa (Ucayali), Chachapoyas (Amazonas), Tarapoto (San Martin), Cajamarca and Iquitos (Loreto), as well as Piura, Chiclayo (Lambayeque) and Pisco (Ica) airports. |
