  • On 4th-5th October 2007, one of the most important events: The Peruvian Gift Show 2007 will be held in Lima, Peru.

 

The Peruvian Gift Show is an international fair that will bring together more than 140 national exhibitors and will offer you the best selection of handcrafts and handmade home accessories produced in Peru. Both modern and traditional products inspired by the artisan traditions of Peru's many diverse cultures will be featured at this event.

·                    FEXPE.-  Peruvian organiser of trade fairs and exhibitions, is organising an International Fair on Capital Goods from 7-9 November 2007 in Lima, Peru. This international event will offer opportunities for both local and international companies to do business in different sectors, as it comprises machinery, equipment, services and industrial inputs for diverse industries.

            Nationals and international manufacturers, agents and distributors will be participating.  Visitors including decision maker’s at large companies, professionals and technicians will be invited by the organisers.

            Venue Details

            The event will take place at Jockey Plaza Convention Centre located in Surco, Lima.  Lima is the second most populated capital city in South America with approximately 8 million inhabitants (more than one third of the Peruvian population).  Lima concentrates the commercial and financial activity in the country.

            Peruvian imports of capital goods registered this year an increase of 30.7% compared to 2005.  An increase of 15.3% is expected for 2007 with respect to the one registered during 2005.

La acogida que tiene entre el público consumidor y su potencialidad de ventas es masiva. En otras palabras, la introducción exitosa en el sector independiente da credibilidad al producto y sería la antesala a su ingreso a las grandes cadenas británicas de supermercados. El mismo Natural Trade Show se realiza en Harrogate y en Brighton, aunque en fechas distintas y con la única diferencia que Harrogate está dirigido a todo el norte del  Reino Unido, en tanto el show de Brighton se dirige al sur del país.
